At ARKOS SISTEMAS ARQUITECTÓNICOS S.A., we seek a professional with strong accounting, tax, and financial experience, leadership ability, and an analytical mindset to assume leadership of our Accounting team. Your main challenge Lead and control the organization's accounting processes, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information, compliance with tax obligations, and proper application of accounting policies. What are we looking for? Education: * Professional in Public Accounting. * Specialization in taxation or related field. Experience: * Minimum 4 years of experience. * Experience in accounting, tax, and financial processes. * Payroll and parafiscal contributions management. * Knowledge of statutory auditing, internal control, and tax and labor legislation. Key knowledge and responsibilities * Preparation and review of tax returns. * Preparation and analysis of financial statements. * Handling of information under IFRS. * Preparation and review of information for entities such as DIAN, DANE, Superintendencia de Sociedades, Banco de la República, and UIAF. * Inventory and fixed assets control and analysis. * Supervision of payroll, parafiscal contributions, and provisions. * Budget, cost center, and profitability analysis. * Tax handling and configuration in SAP. * Analysis of accounts receivable, related parties, and foreign transactions. * Responding to requests from regulatory entities and statutory auditors.
