**Requirements and Knowledge** ------------------------------ ### **Experience and Education** * **Required Experience:** Minimum **3 to 5 years** working as a supervisor or team leader in logistics companies, package transportation, or large warehouses (Distribution Centers or CEDIS). * **Education:** Must be a **Technical or Technologist** graduate in Logistics, Production, Administration, or related fields. (Experience will be valued if professional degree is not held). ### **What You Must Know How to Do** * **Warehouse Management (CEDIS):** Have thorough knowledge of how warehouses operate: how to receive goods (inbound), how to dispatch them (outbound), and how to organize orders (picking and packing). * **Logistical Processes:** Understand the **movement, storage, and receipt** of packages. * **Transportation Management:** Know how to organize and control **transport network** operations (vehicles and routes). * **Inventory Organization:** Have ideas on how to strategically place merchandise to make picking faster. * **People Management:** Have experience in **staff management** and be a **strong leader** of operational teams. ### **Computer Tools** * Proficient with a **warehouse control system (ERP/WMS)**. * Proficient with **Excel at intermediate or advanced level**.
