Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead quality processes in industrial environments, overseeing and optimizing the production of ceramic materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) 2. Analyze and control quality in ceramic materials production 3. Coordinate and train staff to improve production processes We seek a professional focused on continuous improvement, analytical thinking, and capable of leading quality processes in industrial environments. * Supervise and optimize ceramic materials (brick) production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards. * Implement, maintain, and improve the **Quality Management System (QMS)** in accordance with current regulations. * Lead internal audits and support external audits related to quality and processes. * Analyze physical and chemical properties of raw materials and finished products, ensuring conformity. * Monitor and track quality indicators, proposing corrective and improvement actions. * Coordinate with production, maintenance, and laboratory departments to ensure production process efficiency. * Document procedures, work instructions, and QMS records. * Manage nonconformities, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * Support implementation of production process improvements impacting productivity, costs, and quality. * Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards for the sector (NTC, ISO, among others). * Train personnel on quality-related topics and good production practices. * Prepare technical reports and management reports for senior management.
