At Orfebrería Rodríguez, we are seeking an Operations Coordinator whose purpose will be to design, structure, and lead the end\-to\-end production system, ensuring operational efficiency, demand fulfillment, and business scalability within a craft-based environment. **Your Responsibilities** * Structure and execute a capacity-based production scheduling system. * Restructure the end-to-end production system, leading the implementation of an "Assemble-to-Order" model. * Optimize bottlenecks and waste. * Scale processes while preserving artisanal value. * Enable the ERP system to become a decision-making tool. * Build and manage key performance indicators and objectives. * Develop and manage a more autonomous and versatile team. **What We Offer** * Participation in an operational transformation process. * A role with direct impact on business efficiency and growth. * Stability and professional development.
