Promote a safe working environment At **Fibertec Telecomunicaciones S.A.S.**, we are seeking an **OSH Professional** to strengthen our Occupational Safety and Health team. If you have experience in implementing and maintaining OSH management systems and knowledge of safe work at heights, we want to meet you! **Position Objective:** Ensure implementation, monitoring, and compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) systems, promote a safe working environment, and comply with current legal regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct inspections, audits, and develop prevention plans. * Support the implementation and monitoring of the OSH Management System (SG-SST). * Manage and maintain the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. * Provide support and monitoring for OSH-related activities. * Operate office software and safety management systems. * Support occupational risk prevention and control activities. **Requirements:** * **Education and Experience:** Minimum 2 years designing, implementing, and maintaining Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems. * **Experience:** Experience in SG-SST, preferably in the telecommunications sector. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * 50-hour or 20-hour SG-SST course. * OSH License issued by the Ministry of Health or Departmental Government. * Certification as Coordinator for Work at Heights. * Refresher and/or Advanced Height Work Certification. * Confined Spaces Training Course. * First Aid Training Course. * Proficiency in office software and safety management systems. * Experience in inspections, audits, and development of prevention plans. **Working Conditions:** * **Work Location:** Bogotá. * **Work Modality:** On-site. * **Contract Type:** Direct employment with the company. * **Work Schedule:** Full-time availability. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits, social security, and job stability.
