Implement the occupational safety and health management system A manufacturing company is looking for an Industrial Engineer with at least 1 year of experience to support the optimization and automation of internal processes. **Profile:** * Industrial Engineering degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in manufacturing companies. **Verifiable knowledge and experience in:** * Process mapping and documentation with a focus on automation. * Implementation and monitoring of management indicators (KPIs). * Proficiency in management tools such as Monday. * Participation in the implementation or use of technological tools (ERP and/or CRM). * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). * Knowledge required to implement the occupational safety and health management system, machinery maintenance plans, and other related processes. **Working Conditions:** * Salary: $2.500.000 COP. * Contract: Fixed-term for 1 year, with the option to renew into an indefinite-term contract. * Work modality: On-site. Location: San José neighborhood, Calle 26b Sur # 11-71 **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday (44 hours per week) * Every other Saturday. Employment Type: Full-time
