This person will be responsible for validating the correct functioning of applications and developments, identifying defects, risks, and improvement opportunities prior to production release. The role requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development, UX, and product teams. **Responsibilities** Execute functional and regression tests on applications and digital platforms. Identify, document, and track defects and incidents. Validate that developments meet functional and business requirements. Collaborate with development teams to resolve bugs. Support the definition of test cases and acceptance criteria. Verify proper implementation of adjustments and fixes. Ensure compliance with baseline quality standards prior to deployments. **Requirements** 1–3 years of experience in QA, Testing, or quality assurance roles. Knowledge of functional testing in web and/or mobile environments. Ability to document defects clearly and systematically. Attention to detail and logical thinking. Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Basic proficiency with incident management tools (Jira or similar). Ability to work collaboratively and receive feedback. **Employment Conditions** Indefinite-term employment contract. Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. On-site work in Bogotá.
