Job Summary: Design and implement reliability plans for assets, ensuring operational continuity and optimizing asset lifespan through failure analysis and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Propose improvements to optimize asset performance. **General Objective:** Analyze and design plans to predict, improve, and maintain asset reliability, ensuring operational continuity and system, equipment, and process efficiency to maximize asset lifespan and control failure modes to minimize their operational impact. **Responsibilities:** * Execute activities in accordance with technical competence, required training, and current legal authorization to ensure operational continuity and compliance with applicable safety standards. * Conduct periodic plant visits to identify, assess, and correct deviations in alert generation according to compliance with standards established in each maintenance plan. * Analyze data generated by monitoring systems to detect trends that may indicate potential failures and take preventive actions before they occur. * Analyze changes in the frequency of preventive and predictive maintenance activities to propose improvements in asset performance and optimize utilization of available resources. * Apply reliability and asset management models to evaluate failure probability and asset lifespan. * Implement failure analysis methodologies such as FMEA, RCA, and FTA to identify and analyze root causes of failures and propose corrective actions. * Periodically monitor asset failure modes and propose actions to minimize unplanned shutdowns, using methodologies such as RCM or similar. * Prioritize and develop maintenance routines based on asset criticality matrix and ensure their execution to improve reliability and reduce unplanned downtime due to failures. **Education:** * Electrical Engineer **Knowledge and Certifications:** * Knowledge of maintenance plans, activity definition, and scheduling * Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques * Intermediate Excel * ERP PM module * Knowledge of RCM methodology (Desirable) * Knowledge of cement operations. * Intermediate Excel * Academic certificate and professional license issued by Copnia or ACIEM (Electrical) * SENA 40-hour electrical safety training or SURA Virtual College of Electrical Risk (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3\) (Electrical) * As required by operations: Labor Competency Standard certifications * As required by operations: CONTE accreditation **Experience Area:** 3 \- 6 years of experience in cement production processes and maintenance reliability SISO knowledge.
