Document management and progress reporting RESIDENT ENGINEER **Pereira** **E\&C Ingeniería S.A.S** is seeking a **Resident Engineer** to execute and supervise project operational activities in the field, ensuring compliance with the established schedule, technical and administrative procedures, and guidelines defined by the Project Management. Requirements: ✔ Technician, technologist, or professional in **engineering, construction, civil works, or related fields**. ✔ Training in project execution, field activity supervision, operational control, and applicable project regulations. ✔ Desired training in management systems. ✔ Minimum **1 year of experience** in operational or construction project execution or supervision. Knowledge: * Execution and control of operational activities in the field. * Technical regulations applicable to the project. * Operational and administrative procedures of the project. * Guidelines of the Integrated Management System (IMS). Skills: * Organization and tracking of activities. * Supervisory and control capability. * Effective communication with work teams. * Resolution of operational situations in the field. Main Responsibilities: * Execute and supervise project operational activities in the field. * Verify compliance with daily and weekly schedules. * Report progress, updates, and deviations to Project Management. * Supervise operational personnel assigned to the project. * Verify proper use of tools, equipment, and resources. * Support project document management and recordkeeping. * Verify completion of operational forms and reports. * Apply procedures of the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Report risks, incidents, unsafe acts or conditions. Working Conditions: **Contract:** Indefinite-term contract **Salary:** To be agreed upon, based on education, experience, and qualifications **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, **7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.**, and Saturdays, **7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.** **Work Location:** Pereira Work Location: On-site employment
