What will be your main responsibilities? * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service. * Manage and assign customer requests to commercial advisors. * Monitor customer service delivery and track received requests. * Support internal platform management and information registration. * Maintain control over administrative processes related to daily operations. * Assist the commercial team to ensure an excellent service experience. We are looking for someone who: * Demonstrates outstanding service attitude and communication skills. * Has experience in sales, virtual or in-person customer service, and CRM systems. * Is organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. * Is proficient in office software and able to quickly learn new systems. * Adapts easily to teamwork.
