Crew coordination and progress reporting Position Profile A Field Supervisor is required for a neutral network telecommunications project, responsible for supervising and controlling field operational activities, ensuring technical, operational, and safety compliance. Requirements • Technician, technologist, or professional in telecommunications, systems, electronics, or related fields. • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fiber optic / neutral network projects. • Experience in field personnel supervision. • Knowledge of: o Fiber optic network deployment and maintenance. o Splicing, hardware, ducting, and network components. o Reading blueprints and activity tracking. • Basic proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word). • Knowledge of safety practices and field work. • Must reside in Putumayo. Main Responsibilities • Supervise field activities of the project. • Verify technical and operational compliance. • Coordinate crews and report progress. • Validate correct use of materials and resources. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Report incidents, progress, and activity closures.
