**Job Mission:** To ensure the operation of computer systems at the La Unión factory and across all other Central American offices by providing efficient technical support, managing critical infrastructures, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services in accordance with the company's security and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide computer technical support at the La Unión factory and remotely to other CAM offices. * Manage servers, storage systems, networks, and industrial peripherals. * Coordinate with maintenance and procurement vendors related to the IT support area. * Maintain documentation for physical and logical infrastructures of various Information Systems. * Train users on IT knowledge and protocols. * Implement and monitor compliance with computer security policies. **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Engineering | Technician in Systems and Networks. **Years of Experience in Similar Roles:** 3\-5 years. **Computer Skills:** * Windows Server and Linux server environments. * o Microsoft Windows domain and Entra management. * Administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure * o Virtualization environments. * Network management. * On\-premise and Cloud email servers. * Databases (maintenance). * o Cybersecurity. * ITSM tools. * Equipment maintenance and repair.
