




Position Summary: We are seeking a systems technician or analyst to administer CCTV systems, provide first-level technical support, manage incidents, and prepare equipment. Key Highlights: 1. IP-level and server-level CCTV administration and support. 2. First-level technical support to users. 3. Incident and request management via help desk. **Education:** Technical or technological degree in engineering, statistics, or related fields; or currently enrolled or deferred student with at least seven (7) semesters completed. **Experience:** Six months of experience as a systems technician, systems analyst, or help desk agent. **Knowledge in**: * Intermediate level: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, * Outlook * Customer service **Responsibilities:** * Administer and support CCTV systems at IP and server levels * Provide first-level technical support to users on hardware, software, and technological services * Manage incidents and requests through the help desk tool (tickets) * Prepare, configure, and install computer equipment, operating systems, applications, and peripherals * Perform technological onboarding for new hires and equipment replacements **Contractual Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required * Contract type: Project-based employment * Base salary + salary allowance + transportation allowance + bonuses * **Willingness to travel locally and nationally** * **Work location: Northern Bogotá, 100% on-site** Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
