If you are proactive, possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail, and meet the requirements, this opportunity is for you! **About the Role:** The Technological Media Operator will be responsible for supervising, monitoring, and managing various technological security systems and equipment deployed at our clients’ facilities and our monitoring centers. This role is critical to ensuring proper system operation, early incident detection, and effective response to any eventuality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor in real time video surveillance (CCTV) systems, alarm systems, access control systems, and other technological security media via designated platforms. * Immediately identify, record, and report any alarms, events, or anomalies detected in the systems. * Perform first-level technical diagnosis and support for equipment and systems, following established protocols. * Operate and configure technological equipment according to operational needs and service-specific requirements. * Maintain an updated database of events, incidents, and corrective actions taken. * Prepare periodic reports on system status, incidents occurred, and recommendations for continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with information security and corporate security procedures and policies. * Coordinate with field personnel and other internal departments to resolve incidents. * Actively participate in trainings and workshops to stay updated on new security technologies and tools. * Ensure accurate documentation of all activities performed. **Essential Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum two (2) years of verifiable experience in similar roles such as Technological Media Operator, Monitoring Technician, or related positions in the private or technological security sector. * **Education:** High school diploma.
