A leading company in the specialized passenger transportation sector seeks an ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to perform the following duties: 1\. Monitor adherence to vehicle entry and exit schedules, report vehicle updates, and assigned locations. 2\. Conduct ongoing training for drivers on delivering service to customers. 3\. Monitor pre-operational vehicle checks, including route compliance, addressing complaints or claims, and performing necessary follow-up. 4\. Maintain up-to-date vehicle documentation and track required equipment such as first-aid kits, tools, spare tires, speed devices, and traffic signs. 5\. Request organizational support for additional quotations not included in the system. 6\. Ensure drivers comply with customer service protocols. 7\. Notify the call center of hotel occupancy and report incidents such as collisions, breakdowns, absences, etc. 8\. Report any work-related accidents or incidents to the Human Resources and Occupational Safety and Health (SST) departments. 9\. Track sales performance, achievement of monthly targets, and agreed-upon goals. 10\. Perform other duties inherent to the position. Work Location: On-site employment
