Position Summary: We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to manage cash flow and payment obligations, contributing to the company's financial stability. Key Highlights: 1. Efficiently manage cash flow and domestic/international payments. 2. Administration of financial instruments and bank account monitoring. 3. Professional with knowledge of foreign exchange regulations and IFRS. At **MPS Mayorista**, we are looking for a committed and responsible **TREASURY ANALYST** to join our team. A **professional in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields**, who will manage and execute the company’s treasury processes, ensuring efficient cash flow control, timely fulfillment of domestic and international payment obligations, administration of financial instruments, and monitoring of bank positions—thereby contributing to the organization’s financial stability. **Main Responsibilities** * **Cash Flow Management**: Prepare and update daily the projected weekly and monthly cash flow. * **Domestic Payments**: Execute supplier payments in COP and verify disbursement vouchers. * **International Payments**: Process USD wire transfers, comply with foreign exchange requirements, and track receipt of payments. * **Foreign Exchange Management**: Monitor the TRM (Representative Market Exchange Rate), support hedging contract execution, and calculate foreign exchange differences. **Required Technical Knowledge** * **Foreign Exchange Regulations** (Colombian Central Bank, DIAN). * **Basic Financial Instruments**. * **Banking Platforms** (Bancolombia, Occidente, Davivienda). * **Intermediate Excel** * **Accounting and IFRS**. * Ability to read and interpret bank statements and international trade documents. **Soft Skills** * **Attention to detail** and numerical accuracy. * **Working under strict deadlines**. * **Discretion** in handling sensitive information. * **Assertive communication** with suppliers, banks, and internal departments. * **Proactivity** and anticipation of liquidity needs. * Organization and efficient time management. **Offer Conditions:** * Salary: Salary range based on experience. * Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract * Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, on-site mode Km 2 vía Cota, exiting via Calle 30, 5 minutes from MEDPLUS Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Work Location: On-site employment
