Position Summary: A leading company is seeking an Operations and Customer Service Assistant to advise customers, support operations, manage accounts receivable, and foster customer loyalty, ensuring excellent after-sales service. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service areas, experience managing clients such as construction companies, distributors, construction contractors, or related entities, knowledge of the construction and/or roofing market, proficiency in Office tools, and ERP system experience (SAP preferred). Schedule: Monday to Saturday; Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM, Saturdays 9 AM – 12 PM Salary: $1,900,000 + Statutory Benefits Academic Level: Technical or Technologist degree in administrative or related fields Responsibilities: Provide real and objective advice to customers based on their needs. Comprehensively support all activities carried out in point-of-sale operations to ensure proper functioning. Customer prospecting. Support in accounts receivable management. Implement customer loyalty strategies. Deliver excellent after-sales service. Attend to customers and all their needs. Present quotations and commercial proposals. Follow up on quotations and offers provided to customers. Support inventory tasks and administrative functions. Advise customers throughout the entire sales process. Confirm with customers receipt of goods, material quality, service delivered, and resolve any concerns they may have. Implement marketing actions established by the company for served customers.
