We are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant for Bogotá — a committed, organized individual with an excellent service attitude. Main Responsibilities: - Record accounting documents. - Support bank and accounting reconciliation processes. - Handle taxes and withholding obligations. - Assist in payroll processes. - Prepare and track electronic invoices. - Manage and control supporting documentation. - File and organize accounting documentation. - Support administrative activities within the department. Requirements: Technical degree in Accounting or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accounting Assistant. Knowledge of accruals, reconciliations, taxes, withholdings, payroll, electronic invoicing, and supporting documents. Proficiency in office tools (Intermediate Excel).
