Position Summary: We are seeking a Public Accountant with experience in general accounting, payroll, and financial monitoring for a company in the cosmetic sector. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in accounting and finance for a cosmetic and dermatological company. 2. Responsible for recording accounting transactions and payroll processing. 3. Management of INVIMA and FDA registrations, and reconciliation of payment gateways such as Shopify. A prominent national-level cosmetic and dermatological company located in Cali requires a Public Accounting professional for its team, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting areas and strong proficiency in office tools (primarily Excel). Main responsibilities include recording the company's accounting transactions (supplier invoices, receivable accounts, credit notes, payments, cash receipts, and disbursement vouchers); processing payroll, calculating social security contributions, and consolidating payroll data; maintaining up-to-date INVIMA and FDA records; reconciling payment gateways such as SHOPIFY; and appropriately monitoring the company's financial and administrative processes. Administrative working hours from Monday to Friday. Salary: $2,400,000 + Statutory Benefits + Transportation Allowance. Biweekly payment.
