Job Summary: A leading company in the Industrial-Construction sector is seeking an Accounting Assistant to manage transactions, payroll, and provide HR support in Medellín. Key Highlights: 1. A leading company in the Industrial-Construction sector requires an Accounting Assistant for its team in Medellín. RESPONSIBILITIES: Filing, correspondence, digitizing and recording the company's accounting transactions. Reviewing bank statements to support each disbursement. Scheduling and announcing payments. Processing payroll. Supporting HR by reporting employee disabilities to the relevant entities, submitting payment requests for such disabilities, and managing affiliations and de-affiliations with social security entities. Reporting personnel changes. Accruing expenses. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university degree in accounting, finance, or related fields; minimum 2 years of experience in the position. WORKING HOURS: 8:00 AM to 5:20 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
