What are we looking for? Professionals or students in the final semesters of Public Accounting. Minimum general experience of 2 years and minimum specific experience of 1 year in accounting or accounts payable areas. Knowledge of taxes, accounting accruals, withholding taxes, and financial information management. Proficiency in office tools, especially intermediate Excel. Experience in managing and tracking payments to suppliers and contractors. Analytical skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and teamwork. What will be your mission? Support and manage the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate accounting recording of transactions. Manage payments to suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and procedures. Verify correct accrual of taxes, withholdings, and advances. Ensure proper accounting and updating of financial information. Prepare payment reports and support financial analysis for management review.
