Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a team of analysts and ensure accurate and efficient accounting processes, with experience in multicountry invoicing. Coordinate and supervise agile and accurate accounting processes Accounts Payable Supervisor Do you have experience leading AP teams and handling multicountry invoicing? We are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to coordinate a team of ~10 analysts and ensure accurate, agile, and SLA-aligned accounting processes. Your responsibilities will include: Supervise invoice registration and validation for multiple LATAM countries. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and reduce backlog. Manage internal requests via Fresh Service. Control daily reconciliations and resolve AP incidents. Prepare reports on team progress and performance. Tools used in this role: SAP or Oracle Excel (intermediate to advanced level) Power BI (desirable) Fresh Service Key Requirements: +2 years of experience in accounts payable, including team supervision and accounting software management.
