To provide comprehensive support for the organization’s administrative processes and assist our customer service department. What Will You Do in This Role? Administrative Functions: Support document management (filing, digitization, organization). Prepare and manage internal and external correspondence. Provide general administrative support to various office departments. Customer Service Functions: Customer service Resolution of user inquiries via telephone and/or email Review and validation of website content Requirements: Technical or technological degree in commercial or administrative fields. 3 years of experience in customer service across multiple channels and administrative tasks. Strong spelling and writing skills. Proactivity and dynamism. Self-management within processes. Time management and optimization to improve processes.
