If you are a technician or have training as an accounting assistant, archivist, or related field, we want to meet you! Responsibilities: Complete registration forms and update data for customers, suppliers, and customs agents. Perform departmental tasks with external suppliers and manage the delivery of equipment to personnel. Coordinate service personnel activities: drivers, cleaning staff, and catering staff. Assist in invoice preparation and manage the allocation and legalization of travel expenses. Request periodic document updates from departments and maintain the document frequency table up to date. Requirements: Proficiency in digital tools. Analytical ability, planning and follow-up skills, initiative, effective communication, leadership, and team development.
