Requirements Technical or Technologist degree in administrative or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience. Availability for hybrid work arrangement. Proficiency in office and technological tools. Main Responsibilities Comprehensive administrative support to the company and direct assistance to Management. Preparation and management of documents, reports, and presentations (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Email, calendar, and meeting administration via Outlook and Microsoft Teams. Coordination of schedules, meetings, and communications with executive-level personnel. Organization and management of digital files. Use of Publisher, SharePoint, and Artificial Intelligence tools for operational support. Execution of assigned tasks with prudent communication aligned with the immediate supervisor’s directives. Working Conditions Salary: $1,800,000 + transportation or connectivity allowance + statutory benefits. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Contract Type: Indefinite-term. Payment Frequency: Biweekly.
