Key responsibilities: Diagnose and repair failures in agricultural machinery and diesel equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Analyze root causes of failures and propose effective solutions. Carry out technical services both in the workshop and on-site. Prepare technical reports of interventions performed. Properly manage tools, spare parts, and supplies. Comply with quality, safety, and productivity standards. Requirements: Technical or technological degree in Diesel Mechanics, Heavy Machinery Maintenance, Agricultural Mechanization, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing agricultural machinery, heavy machinery, or diesel engines. Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems.
