Job Summary: We are seeking a technician, technologist, or professional with experience in social programs and rural community outreach to guide and support small-scale producers in the FAIA MITIGACION 2026 program, including registration, validation, and follow-up. We seek: A technician, technologist, or professional in fields related to agriculture, social services, or administration. Minimum 1 year of experience in social programs and rural community outreach. Proficiency in office software and technological platforms. Responsibilities: Guidance and support for small-scale producers participating in the FAIA MITIGACION 2026 program. Registration and validation of information on program platforms. Verification of eligibility requirement compliance. Support in selecting inputs from the authorized basket. Monitoring of registrations, considering productive lines, planted area by department and municipality. In-person assistance at designated locations within intervention municipalities. We require a person capable of teamwork, possessing effective communication skills, and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. Salary: $1750905.000.000 + transportation subsidy. Additional: Technology allowance $185,000.
