Job Summary: A prominent company is seeking an Architect with a minimum of 2 years of experience to design and develop acoustic projects, prepare drawings and reports, and conduct acoustic measurements. A leading company in the field of architectural and industrial acoustic solutions design and manufacturing requires an Architect with at least 2 years of experience for its team. Responsibilities: Design and develop projects in Architectural Acoustics, Industrial Acoustics, Audio, Furniture, among others. Prepare drawings and technical specifications for each assigned project. Prepare technical reports, management executive reports, and calculation memoranda. Conduct various acoustic measurements: architectural, industrial, environmental, etc., using specialized instrumentation and software. Provide support during project execution. Conduct site visits to ongoing construction projects. Prepare quotations and track their progress. Carry out product research and development. Perform calculations for acoustic variables. Requirements: Academic level: Professional Architect Salary conditions: $3,510,000 + statutory transportation allowance + statutory benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; every other Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM Contract type: Project-based or labor contract Technical competencies: Software proficiency, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and AutoCAD Preparation of quotations and reports Customer service. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Professional Degree 2 years of experience Keywords: architect, arquitecto, architecture, arquitectura
