




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant for a coffee exporter, with experience in cupping and sensory analysis, responsible for quality control of parchment coffee. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in coffee cupping and sample profiling 2. Responsible for sensory and physical analysis of coffee 3. Inventory control and maintenance of laboratory equipment A coffee exporter requires a Quality Assistant with a university or technical degree in Food Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, or related fields, and 1 year of experience in coffee cupping. Required Competencies: Advanced knowledge of coffee cupping (sample profiling and familiarity with regional influence areas) / Basic knowledge of software such as Excel and Word. Main Responsibilities Sampling and homogenization of parchment coffee for purchase. Directly responsible for measuring moisture content of purchased parchment coffee. Roasting coffee for cupping. Preparing sensory analysis of coffee for cupping. Cupping and cup evaluation of parchment coffee deliveries. Preparing shipment samples if required. Archiving counter-samples of all purchases and parchment shipments. Verifying physical analysis of purchased and transferred parchment coffee (divergence). Inventory control and rotation of parchment stock. Verifying stack labeling in the warehouse. Preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment. Working Hours: Monday to Friday.
