Key Responsibilities: 1. Safely and efficiently operate and control a backhoe loader 2. Load, transport, and place materials according to requirements 3. Ensure accuracy and safety in assigned tasks A reputable construction-sector company is looking for a Backhoe Loader Operator with experience operating heavy machinery and adhering to on-site safety protocols. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience as a backhoe loader operator. Height work certification preferred (valid or expired). ONAC license or certification for machinery operation preferred. Availability to work on-site. Availability to work rotating shifts. Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate and control the backhoe loader. Load, transport, and place materials according to project requirements. Prepare and inspect machinery prior to operation. Adjust operating parameters according to site conditions and technical specifications. Carry out assigned tasks ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with project standards. Report mechanical issues or unsafe conditions encountered during operation. Employment Conditions: Salary: $2,300,000. Work Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, with rotating shifts. Work Mode: On-site – Field work.
