Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Service Biomedical Engineer to provide support, perform equipment maintenance, train customers, and manage spare parts, supporting both commercial and technical departments. We are looking for a passionate Technical Service Biomedical Engineer with strong interest in biomedical technology, customer service, and commercial activities. Main Responsibilities -Provide technical support to the commercial department and customers. -Perform installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of biomedical equipment. -Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and preparation of technical reports. -Train customers on proper equipment usage. -Manage spare parts, maintenance, and consumables requests. -Conduct technical visits and follow-up on warranties and maintenance contracts. -Support technovigilance and regulatory compliance processes. -Ensure accurate completion of forms and data entry into the system. Requirements -Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering. -INVIMA certification. -Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. -Knowledge of biomedical equipment maintenance and repair. -Proficiency in office tools and digital platforms. -Basic/intermediate level of technical English.
