Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Brand Developer for a food company, responsible for commercial management, customer prospecting, and monitoring marketing strategies. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Junior Brand Developer for a leading company in the food sector, recognized for its quality and innovation. What will you do in this role? - Achieve the assigned sales budget. - Manage new business by offering our portfolio of products and services. - Identify and follow up on potential customers. - Handle and manage customer complaints without handling cash. - Collect invoices and report key information for indicators and monthly reports. - Supervise and support marketing activities, tastings, and product displays. - Disseminate commercial strategies, optimize resources, and monitor competitors. What you need to join our team: - Technical or technological education. - Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. - Motorcycle for commercial fieldwork. - Availability for occasional travel to Jamundí, Pradera, and Palmira. - Experience in the Food Service Institutional channel (hotels, restaurants, and casinos). Position Conditions: - Fixed-term contract. - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Saturdays optional). - Legal minimum wage + legal transportation allowance + $300,000 tire allowance + commissions ranging from $400,000 to $880,000 + connectivity allowance + statutory benefits.
