Build relationships with brokerages, shippers, and logistics partners Job Description We are looking for a Broker Sales Representative with strong logistics experience to drive revenue by acquiring new business with brokers and shippers in the U.S. market. This is a full-cycle hunter sales role, not customer support. Schedule: Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm CST Responsibilities Develop new business by prospecting and closing broker and shipper accounts Perform outbound sales (cold calling, pipeline generation) Manage full sales cycle: prospecting negotiation closing Build relationships with: Brokerages Shippers Logistics partners Drive revenue through inbound and outbound opportunities Skills 2+ years of full-cycle logistics sales experience Experience in: Freight brokerage Shipper sales / broker sales Proven ability to close deals (hunter mindset) Familiarity with: U.S. logistics market (preferred but not mandatory) English C1 Tools & Tech Salesforce (CRM) E-sign platforms Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams) Nice to Have Existing pipeline or industry relationships Experience with platforms like DAT, Truckstop, TruckSmarter. -Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Bachillerato / Educación Media 2 años de experiencia
