Collaborative work to achieve objectives Job Offer: Call Center Advisor A prominent company that produces and distributes ingredients for bakeries and food industries is looking for a Call Center Advisor — a proactive individual with strong communication and commercial skills, adaptable to change, and customer-service oriented. Preferably residing near the company's location area. Main Responsibilities Make and receive calls to current customers, prospects, and potential clients from the database. Provide commercial advisory and timely customer service. Effectively and assertively resolve inquiries, requests, and updates. Register and manage information in billing, inventory, and customer service systems. Use tools such as WhatsApp Business for customer follow-up and contact. Maintain the workstation in optimal condition. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve commercial objectives. Competencies and Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working Conditions Salary: $1,750,905 + $200,000 (fixed non-statutory allowance) + incentives and bonuses for performance + statutory benefits. Payment: Biweekly. Schedule: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
