Advise on and execute sales of fresh and frozen meats, manage inventory, and perform cleaning and disinfection of the area to ensure product quality and safety, customer service, and product supply—complying with applicable legal regulations and internal policies. Knowledge of meats and cuts. Execute the cleaning and disinfection plan in the meat section and assigned sections within Mercolanta. Perform receiving, returns, stock rotation, and product display activities in the store and butcher shop of Mercolanta · Working Conditions: Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, with one day off per week; daytime, rotating shifts. Contract Type: Project-based or service contract Work Modality: 100% in-person Requirements: High school diploma Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience in meats and cuts. Availability to rotate to other Mercolantas (Metropolitan Area) Excellent attitude and willingness.
