




Position Summary: The Case Manager will manage Personal Injury cases from intake through pre-litigation, coordinating with clients, providers, and insurance companies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage Personal Injury cases from intake to pre-litigation 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing case updates 3. Coordinate medical treatments and medical record requests The Case Manager will be responsible for managing Personal Injury (PI) cases from client intake through the pre-litigation phase. This role requires hands-on experience managing active cases with minimal supervision and direct collaboration with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys. Schedule and Work Mode: Full time: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM PST (ON SITE - Colombia) Requirements: English language proficiency at B2+ level 1–2+ years of experience as a Case Manager handling Personal Injury cases in the U.S. Strong knowledge of PI pre-litigation processes. Experience with Filevine or similar case management software. (PREFERRED) Responsibilities: Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through pre-litigation Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide periodic case updates Coordinate medical treatments, referrals, and follow-ups with healthcare providers Request, monitor, and track medical records and medical bills Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding PIP, BI, and related coverage Assist in preparing and organizing demand packages Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documentation in Filevine Ensure timely compliance with deadlines and appropriate case progression. -Requirements- Minimum education: High School Diploma Years of experience Languages: English Knowledge: Team management Keywords: leader, boss, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, regent, resident, in-charge, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, case manager, captain
