You will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the gaming hall, delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving business objectives, and maintaining optimal operation of equipment, platforms, and infrastructure. Main Responsibilities Execute opening and closing procedures for the gaming hall, verifying compliance with established protocols and promptly reporting any irregularities. Supervise and manage physical, technological, and operational resources required for efficient hall operations. Ensure achievement of revenue targets by promoting growth in gaming activities and contributing to a memorable customer experience. Conduct periodic inspections of gaming machines, terminals, and infrastructure to guarantee their availability, safety, and proper functionality. Identify, document, and report incidents, failures, or inconsistencies in both on-site and online gaming platforms and equipment, supporting prompt resolution. Continuously monitor operations to ensure high service standards, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
