Actively participate in portfolio innovation A leading food industry company is currently seeking a Commercial Development Assistant to strengthen the ice cream distribution channel and transformation processes. Requirements Technical or Technologist degree in Gastronomy, Chef qualification, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in: Food transformation, Pastry Ice cream shops (preferred) Responsibilities Train direct and indirect customers and commercial teams on managing the ice cream portfolio for transformation processes. Conduct store visits and training sessions to ensure appropriate profitability margins. Collaborate with the sales team to define target audiences for training programs. Train internal and external customers on: - Ice cream portfolio management - Transformation processes - Food handling and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Actively participate in the ice cream portfolio innovation process. Manage performance indicators and assigned goals. Input collected data from customer support activities into the information system. Safeguard assigned tools (spoon, scale, piping bag). Deliver key information to facilitate timely decision-making. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Salary and Benefits Base salary: $1.589.52 Variable salary (100% achievement): $499.342 Transportation allowance: $139.594 Labor contract for specific work. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technical program 1 year of experience Keywords: cook, training, training, training, trainer
