Job Summary: We are seeking a Chemical Engineering apprentice to support process scale-up, monitor new references at plant level, and analyze quality deviations in a multinational company. Participate in training and process standardization programs A renowned German multinational company, a leader in adhesives, home care, and beauty, recognized for its innovation, quality, and sustainability, is seeking a Chemical Engineering apprentice. Requirements: Education: Final-semester student of Chemical Engineering (eligible to undertake internships). Experience: No prior experience required. Desired Knowledge: Industrial processes, scale-up and validation of technologies. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Manufacturing processes and quality management systems. English level A2–B1. Main Responsibilities: * Support process scale-up from laboratory to industrial phase, ensuring correct transfer and reproducibility of products. * Monitor new references at plant level, verifying their behavior during production and proposing adjustments when necessary. * Analyze and verify references exhibiting novelties or deviations in quality parameters, identifying root causes and improvement opportunities. * Actively participate in training and process standardization programs within the plant, strengthening the technical knowledge of the production team. * Collaborate with engineering and quality departments in implementing new projects or technical developments transferred to the plant. Working Conditions: Contract: Internship agreement. Salary: Confidential. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (adjustable according to hours defined by the educational institution). Location: Calle 17 68B-97, Montevideo neighborhood, Bogotá.
