Required Profile Minimum 6 months of experience in production plants. High school diploma. Teamwork and compliance with safety and operational regulations. Main Responsibilities Continuously monitor your assigned process and correct any deviations occurring during your shift. Prepare required tools, materials, and devices for the process. Interpret production technical sheets. Verify quality specifications of the manufactured product. Complete production reports. Report any anomalies occurring during your shift. Working Conditions Rotating shifts. Minimum Monthly Legal Wage (SMMLV) + transportation allowance + social benefits. Contract for a specific project or task, including all statutory benefits.
