Development of solution alternatives SYSTEMGROUP requires a COLLECTIONS ADVISOR - CALL CENTER for its team: High school graduate with 6 months of experience in delinquent portfolio management. If you are dynamic, verbally fluent, proactive, and persuasive, this is your opportunity. You will be responsible for contacting clients, following up on payment agreements, providing personalized advisory services, developing and considering solution alternatives, and recording all activities in the assigned application.
