Vacancy in Cali | Commercial Advisor – Hardware Sector A prominent company in the hardware and construction sector (waterproofing products) is seeking a Commercial Advisor for the city of Cali. Location: Cali Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Work Modality: Field work What will be your mission? Develop and strengthen commercial presence in the hardware channel through active sales management, technical advisory services, and acquisition of new customers in the area. Main Responsibilities: Visit hardware stores, warehouses, and construction-sector clients Provide technical advisory services on waterproofing products Manage sales and close business deals Acquire and retain customers Monitor orders, accounts receivable, and repeat purchases Conduct market, pricing, and competitive analysis Submit commercial activity reports Requirements: High school diploma, technical or technological degree (preferably in commercial fields) Minimum 2 years of experience in hardware, construction, or waterproofing sales Knowledge of products such as membranes, sealants, emulsions, among others Field sales experience Personal transportation (motorcycle or vehicle) Basic digital tool proficiency Key Competencies: Results orientation, negotiation, effective communication, proactivity, and commercial focus.
