Commercial Assistant Medellín · Job Description A leading company in the automotive sector is currently seeking a Commercial Assistant to support administrative and commercial management within the sales department. We are looking for an organized, proactive, customer-service-oriented, and process-compliant individual. Requirements Technical or technological degree in administrative, commercial, or related fields. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative or commercial roles. Proficiency in CRM and document management. Customer service experience. Basic knowledge of office software tools. Skills in organization, process tracking, and teamwork. Responsibilities Support commercial advisors in administrative and document-related processes. Create and update customers in the CRM. Manage and request SOAT (Mandatory Traffic Accident Insurance). Request and track billing processes. Support financial legalization processes. Create, organize, and manage folders for vehicle registration. Deliver folders and assist in vehicle dispatch. Track commercial processes and support sales closure. Working Conditions Position: Commercial Assistant. Location: Medellín. Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) + variable. Contract Type: To be determined.
