Job Summary: We are seeking a bilingual, extroverted Tourism Experience Concierge with a passion for customer service to drive tourism plans and ensure memorable experiences. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a dynamic Concierge with an excellent attitude to join our team for the mid-year season. Your primary mission will be to promote our hotel chain’s new tourism plans, interacting with guests in a unique and personal way (including a fun adventurer-themed uniform!). Position Details: Position: Tourism Concierge. Salary Range: COP $2,000,000 to $2,500,000 (depending on profile and language proficiency). Contract Type: Temporary. Your Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized assistance regarding city destination experiences and details of the new tourism promotion. Manage end-to-end bookings for experiences with city-based providers. Offer premium recommendations on gastronomy, shopping, entertainment, and local culture. Resolve special requests or guest issues quickly, discreetly, and efficiently, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality, etiquette, and the company’s high-level service protocols. Track customer preferences to personalize future sales. What Are We Looking For In You? Language: Intermediate-advanced English (B2 and above), ideally bilingual (mandatory for serving international guests). Personality: Highly extroverted profile, with strong communication skills, charisma, and goal orientation. Willingness: Excellent attitude to interact with the public while wearing the campaign’s thematic uniform (adventurer-style).
