Job Summary: A major company is seeking a Civil Works Technician Assistant or Construction Assistant to support various tasks on building projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and barricades. 2. Assisting in demolition and cleaning of work sites. 3. Loading and unloading of construction equipment and materials. A major company requires Civil Works Technician Assistants and/or Construction Assistants with company-certified experience as Construction Assistants to work in the municipality of SOACHA. Education: Primary education (not limiting) Salary: $1,750,905 (SMLMV) + overtime pay and subsidy Contract: Indefinite-term, direct employment by the company Monthly Salary Payment Project: SOACHA EN FRENTE DE ESPUMADOS Responsibilities: -Support the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and barricades in accordance with current regulations for construction activities and application of paint or coating materials. -Assist in building demolition using bars, levers, and other manual tools to sort, clean, and stack reusable materials. -Clean work sites, used bricks from buildings, remove obstructions, and perform other simple tasks at demolition sites. -Remove debris and other waste from construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, and other manual tools. -Mix, pour, and spread materials such as sand, soil, gravel, concrete, plaster, cement, mortar, and similar materials at construction sites. -Excavate, fill, and level ground, holes, and trenches at construction sites using manual tools. -Load and unload equipment, construction materials, and excavated material to transport them to work areas using wheelbarrows, hand carts, baskets, and other manual equipment. -Manually supply construction machinery and equipment such as mixers, compressors, pumps, among others. -Assist carpenters, roofers, masons, and glass installers at construction sites in routine construction-related activities. -Requirements: Minimum Education: Basic Primary Education Years of Experience Keywords: assistant, auxiliary, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, construction, civil works, building, construction
