Required Profile: Education: Primary education with a minimum of 3 months’ experience as a construction assistant. Responsibilities: Perform manual excavations, backfilling, leveling, and compaction under the supervision of technical staff. Assist in the installation and dismantling of temporary structures, formwork, shuttering, and other civil construction elements used in road works. Load, unload, transport, and store construction materials, tools, and small equipment within the worksite. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of road infrastructure, including paving, drainage works, concrete structures, and other civil engineering activities.
