Requirements Education: Technician or technologist degree in commercial, construction, or related fields Experience: Minimum 6 months in merchandising or marketing within companies in the following sectors: Mass consumption Hardware sector Construction sector Experience in TAT or hardware channels Physical condition: Ability to lift, transport, and clean products Main Responsibilities Stocking and organizing products at point of sale Executing floor plans, returns, and inventory control Implementing POP materials and promotional strategies Identifying additional display spaces Providing customer advisory at point of sale Reporting information using technological tools Compensation Conditions Salary: Current Legal Minimum Wage Transportation allowance (as mandated by law) Rounding allowance: $300,000 Commissions: Up to $400,000 for 100% goal attainment Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday: Half-day Core Competencies Service orientation Results orientation Effective communication Impact and influence. -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma / Secondary education 1 year of experience Age: between 22 and 40 years Keywords: merchant, merchandiser, merchant, construction, construction site, build, building
