Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics, administrative, or industrial technician with experience in the construction sector to manage warehouses, materials, and equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive warehouse and construction materials management 2. Inventory control and management of inbound/outbound systems 3. Custody and dispatch of materials to contractors A company operating in the construction sector requires a logistics, administrative, and/or industrial technician for its workforce, with prior work experience in companies related to this sector and/or with contractors specializing in installation services. Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience performing this role and associated responsibilities. Required competencies include: - Warehouse responsibility - Documentation review - Receipt, delivery, and dispatch of materials and equipment to contractors and suppliers - Execution of cyclic inventories, data entry, and verification thereof - Recording of inbound and outbound transactions via the system - Loading and unloading of construction materials and equipment - Custody of materials available for delivery to installers, contractors, and installation coordinators - Maintaining comprehensive control of all materials and equipment using standardized forms - Intermediate Excel proficiency Salary: COP $1,750,000 base salary plus benefits, COP $250,000 legal transportation allowance, and an additional monthly bonus of COP $230,000 for rotational duties. Direct employment by the company. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM, and half-day on Saturday.
