As the first point of contact for our members, the CSR resolves issues effectively by combining technical knowledge with strong interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Schedule and Work Mode: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM COL (ON-SITE in Barranquilla or Medellin, Colombia) Requirements: Fluent English (C1+) 1 year of experience in CUSTOMER SERVICE or similar roles Completed secondary education Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls promptly and efficiently. Assist potential new customers via telephone, email, chat, and SMS. Identify customer needs through active listening and probing questions. Accurately collect and document detailed customer information. Follow structured call flows to ensure all required information is correctly gathered. Send documents via electronic signature to convert prospects into customers (sales component).
