Position Summary: We are seeking technologist students to participate in the implementation of systems and digitalization of plant processes, supporting industrial digital transformation initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in real industrial digital transformation projects 2. Continuous mentoring and learning 3. Practical experience that complements academic training We seek technologist students, preferably in their productive stage, from the following fields: Technology in Information Systems Analysis and Development (ADSI – SENA) Technology in Data Analytics Technology in Software Development Role Focus The apprentice will participate in system implementation and plant process digitalization, supporting initiatives such as: Development of internal applications Creation of dashboards and performance indicators Digitalization of operational information Implementation of QR codes integrated with plant equipment Basic process automation Desired Knowledge and Skills Highly developed digital skills Knowledge of or interest in tools such as: Power BI Power Apps Power Automate Analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset Ability to understand technical processes and translate them into digital solutions Proactivity and willingness to learn in industrial environments Schedule and Modality Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Hybrid model: In-person: Monday and Thursday Remote: rest of the week Flexibility for events, key meetings, or future adjustments due to integration with Mars What We Offer Participation in real industrial digital transformation projects Continuous mentoring and learning Practical experience that complements academic training A collaborative and flexible work environment. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technologist program years of experience Keywords: apprentice, internship, trainee, technician, tech, technician, technology, tecnología, technologist, data
